Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products — research compounds and peptides — all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, and once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund except under the circumstances below.

Damages, defects, and wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you've received the wrong item, contact us at research@dubaipeptides.ae within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product itself

An unboxing video is recommended for damage claims and will speed up resolution.

Once reviewed, we'll offer a replacement (our preference) or a refund, at our discretion. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without sufficient evidence, cannot be accepted.

What isn't covered

We're unable to offer a refund or replacement for:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong product
  • Products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery
  • Adverse reactions to a product
  • Delays caused by the courier, customs, or an incomplete/incorrect delivery address
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received due to an unattended or unsecured delivery address
  • Claims reported after the 48-hour window

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only if they have not yet entered fulfillment (i.e. have not been packed or handed to our courier). Once your order is being prepared for dispatch, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation, email research@dubaipeptides.ae as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at research@dubaipeptides.ae.

Chargebacks

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us first at research@dubaipeptides.ae — we're able to resolve most issues directly and faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays to any resolution and, in cases of misuse, suspension of your account.
