Due to the temperature-sensitive and time-critical nature of our products, please review our shipping process below.

Where we ship

  • United Arab Emirates (all Emirates)
  • GCC: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia

Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • Processing runs Monday - Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
  • Orders placed Saturday and Sunday, or on a holiday are processed the next business day.

UAE delivery — shipping rates & estimated timelines

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are eligible for next business day (NBD) delivery; orders placed after 4:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

Dubai

  • Delivery fee: AED 25 (orders under AED 500) — free on orders over AED 500
  • Timeline: Same-day express available

Other Emirates

  • Delivery fee: AED 25 (orders under AED 500) — free on orders over AED 500
  • Timeline: NBD for orders before 4:00 PM; NBD+1 for orders after 4:00 PM

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed — actual delivery may vary with courier load, weather, or address accessibility.

GCC delivery — shipping rates & estimated timelines

  • Delivery fee: Calculated at checkout, based on destination and order weight
  • Timeline: ~5-7 working days via tracked courier
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applied by the destination country
  • Packages held or returned by customs are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs, and any product refund is contingent on the shipment being returned to us

Cold-chain & temperature-controlled packaging

Our products are kept refrigerated at our facility right up until handover to the courier, and are shipped in insulated packaging to help preserve product integrity in transit.

  • Temperature conditions in transit cannot be guaranteed once a shipment leaves our facility
  • Insulated packaging is designed to buffer, not eliminate, temperature exposure
  • Extended transit delays (customs holds, courier delays) may affect product condition
  • We are not liable for temperature exposure caused by courier handling once dispatched
  • Contact us before ordering if you have questions about handling for a specific destination

Carriers & tracking

  • Tracking information is sent by email/SMS once your order is dispatched
  • Courier partners are selected based on destination and service reliability

Failed delivery & address issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or the parcel goes unattended, redelivery may incur an additional fee.

Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control.
